Harris County Emergency Corps (HCEC) values our community partners. We want to be good stewards of the communities where we work. A large component of that stewardship is providing education regarding the EMS system and partnering with local agencies to meet their EMS needs.
Harris County Emergency Corps (HCEC) strives to provide educational opportunities for the community. The observer program allows community members to learn more about HCEC and the exciting world of EMS.
Harris County Emergency Corps (HCEC) has an active volunteer program called the reserve medic program. Reserves function as a valued third crew member, performing at his or her certification level with the two primary crew members.
