Departments

Harris County Emergency Corps’ operations are divided among three departments – Administration, Operations, and Accounting.

The Administration Department handles most of the office functions for the Corps and is comprised of the following Divisions: HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Clinical Services. The Operations Department oversees the services HCEC provides and has the following Divisions: EMS Operations, Communications, Maintenance, and Logistics. Our Accounting Department handles the Corps’ finance.
